I may be wrong but I heard a rumor that this parking lot is going to become a high end grocery store. Seems incorrect if the goat lot is getting a grocery but who knows. Thought I'd throw this in anyway.

Urban Goat Farm

Our very first subject vacant lot is one that has been popular with locals due to the presence of a herd of goats (see picture below). This lot is soon to start construction on a multi story apartment complex, grocery store, hardware store, retail and "some sort of open pavillion" according to one of the goat herders.

 Currently the Urban Goat Farm. Soon to be developed.
